We have had regular guests for the holiday apartments for quite some time, both in the winter and summer seasons.
We also have guests who book every year for the "11 Cities" ice skating tour.
Another option would be to rent both apartments on a fixed-term basis, or to sell them as owner-occupied properties!
There are many leisure activities available, from hiking, climbing, windsurfing, and swimming, to cycling, paragliding, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing on the local slopes, and much more!
For example: trips to the coast (Italy and Slovenia), or to the alpine mountain region (just around the corner). :-)
