Hi, I'm Moritz, 24 years old, and I'm passionate about sports (weightlifting and football), and I'm self-employed. After living in a rather practical shared apartment, I'm now looking to bring more life and vibrancy into the space. I'm looking for a roommate who enjoys spending time together occasionally – whether it's a cozy evening, cooking together, or simply having pleasant conversations in everyday life. Of course, everyone should have their own personal space, but I want the apartment to be a place where we can feel comfortable and laugh together sometimes.

The apartment is located in an excellent area on Dresdner Straße and is particularly appealing due to its outstanding access to public transportation.
The Wien Traisengasse S-Bahn station is just a few steps away, as is the U6 station Dresdner Straße, allowing for quick and easy access to the center of Vienna.
In addition, a tram line with a direct connection to the 1st district and Dornbach provides further flexibility for daily life – the city center is approximately 15 minutes away.
The local amenities are also excellent: a supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, as is a small shopping center nearby.
Located directly opposite is a gym and a modern student residence, which contributes to a lively yet pleasant atmosphere in the area.
