Are you looking for a nice room for your studies and want to feel completely at home in your new place? Currently, there are three rooms available for students in a newly renovated, spacious house in the heart of Bocholt. We are particularly pleased to receive inquiries from female students who are interested in a harmonious, respectful, and communal living environment. Friends or fellow students who would like to move in together are also very welcome. Currently, the shared apartment is home to two female and two male residents. The house offers plenty of space for living, studying, and relaxing, with approximately 180 square meters of living space. In addition to the private rooms, there are spacious common areas, a modern kitchen, and a private garden with a terrace. The goal is to create a home where people enjoy spending time, sharing experiences, and at the same time, enjoying sufficient privacy. Living together – sharing a home and feeling comfortable.

When forming the shared apartment, we place great importance on a pleasant and balanced mix of residents. We are looking for female students, approximately between 18 and 25 years old, to fill the three remaining rooms. Our goal is to create a diverse student household with a balanced ratio of women and men, where everyone feels comfortable. We want to avoid a purely functional living arrangement and instead foster a community where residents respect each other, are considerate, and enjoy cooking or spending time together. At the same time, it's important that everyone has the opportunity to withdraw and study in peace.

Would you like to move in with a friend? We're happy to consider that! Since there are currently three rooms available, you can also apply together with one or two friends. Furthermore, current residents will be involved in the selection of new housemates to ensure that the community is a good fit.
