Throughout the rooms, restored, historical parquet flooring has been installed. In the bathroom, large-format tiles with the appearance of red marble, "Rosso di Verona," are used, and the floor has underfloor heating.

We use environmentally friendly heating powered by local energy – district heating.
The first mention of Parz Castle dates back to around 1340. In 1514, the manor house was built in its current form. The famous frescoes on the garden facade of Parz Manor House date from around 1580 and are considered a masterpiece of Austrian and southern German Renaissance art, both artistically and iconographically.
Today, the castle offers the highest quality in a historical setting, providing an exclusive living experience.
