Hello! We are renting out a bright, 20 square meter room in a shared apartment in the lovely town of Ludwigsburg. The apartment is very well-maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere. There are two rooms still available. One of them is a double room, which we share with a nice friend.

Since we are a women-only shared apartment (only for women without children), a harmonious, clean, and quiet living environment is very important to us. Because the apartment should remain a private retreat for us women, we do not want any male visitors (such as partners) in the shared living spaces. Please also note that pets are not allowed in our apartment.

The apartment offers you:
Your room: Fully furnished – you can move in right away.

Shared spaces: A fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Costs:
The total rent, including all utilities, is a fixed 500 euros.

The apartment is ideally located in the popular Weststadt district of Ludwigsburg (Keplerstraße 20), offering a central location:

Public Transportation: The Ludwigsburg train station is just a short 10-minute walk away (approximately 800 meters). From there, you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in just over 10 minutes. A bus stop is practically right outside the door.

Universities: The Film Academy is within a 15-minute walk. The University of Education (PH) and the Ludwigsburg University of Applied Sciences (HVF) are easily accessible by bike or public transportation.

Shopping & Leisure: The "Bleyle Quartier" shopping center and the MHPArena stadium are just a few minutes' walk away. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors' offices, and the city center are conveniently accessible on foot.
