It consists of a living room/kitchen, with a bed in the gable, a toilet, a bathroom, and a staircase. There is a washing machine in the basement. A private storage space in the basement is included. The studio apartment is located on the second floor of a house. Shared use of the garden is possible by arrangement. It is newly renovated and available for the first time.

I live with my children on the ground floor. The 2-room apartment is located on the first floor and is rented to two students. Above that is the attic apartment, which is exclusively offered to students or a student couple. So, you live in small shared apartments, but you can use the entire house and garden. Each apartment has a storage space in the basement for skis, luggage, or bicycles.

€695 per room, including electricity, hot water, and heating.

Location: The house is located in a quiet street in Floridsdorf, near Amtsgasse. It's close to the Marchfeldkanal. Public transport: Tram lines 31 and 32 (5 stops to U6 subway line), bus lines 31A, 32A, 36B, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) to Jedlersdorf.
