The CHALET with 135m² was built on a slightly elevated sunny plot in ecological timber construction near Hartberg.

In the basement there is a barrier-free entrance hall, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, kitchen, living/dining area and a utility room.

The upper floor has a bathroom, office niche, 1 bedroom and a spacious room with large windows that can be used for various purposes such as a wellness area with sauna.

The harmoniously planned room concept was furnished using only high-quality materials such as Admont reclaimed wood panels, solid wood parquet flooring and furniture made by carpenters.

The creative mix of reclaimed wood and modern furnishings is intended to create a special flair and sense of well-being in the chalet.

The top location speaks for itself, the chalet is located between Graz (70 km) and Vienna (120 km) and only a few kilometers from the freeway, in the middle of the thermal region where an extensive cycling and hiking network is on the doorstep.

A floor slab for a double garage was also built on the approx. 800m² plot. The terrace is south-facing with idyllic views so that nothing stands in the way of a cozy day with a barbecue around the campfire.
