RAUMzeit Bludenz - Our bright, spacious rooms on the first floor, with a total area of 272 m², offer the perfect setting for yoga, Pilates, meditation, dance, bodywork, coaching, massage, therapies, workshops, mindful group activities, or simply as office space for your startup or existing company. Here's what you can expect: Two large, harmonious rooms of 53 m² and 50 m², as well as five smaller units ranging from 13 m² to 28 m², offering versatile usage options and a comfortable atmosphere in a warm and inviting environment. Changing rooms, showers, toilets, and a kitchen with a fully automated coffee machine are available for shared use. Located at Färberstraße 10a in Bludenz, our space is extremely central, right next to the train station, in close proximity to the highway, and with parking available directly in front of the building. Our rental prices are flexible and depend on the size of the space, the type of use, and the desired rental duration.
