The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m wide), with linens, pillows, and blankets provided, as well as a second Smart TV for Netflix and other streaming services, and a wardrobe with shelves. The separate bathroom boasts a modern, soft-close toilet, towels, and a shower. In the entrance hall, you can hang your shoes and coats. You can access the apartment via the stairs or the elevator. The entire apartment has high-speed internet with 300 Mbps. All utility costs are included, except for electricity, which you can easily register online. We are happy to assist you with this. There is a laundry room with a washing machine (for a fee) on the top floor of the building. Alternatively, there is a dry cleaner across the street from the building entrance. There is also a bicycle storage room. There is a John Reed Fitness Studio in the same building. You can have your name added to the doorbell. You will receive a general key for the building entrance and the bicycle storage room, and 2 keys for the apartment.
