Charming, small apartment in a renovated older building, located in the 16th district.

The property management generally takes care of the building; it's not the most beautiful, but it's also not rundown. The neighbors are all nice.

The apartment is compact but very nicely renovated. The windows are brand new. The flooring is new parquet. The apartment includes a kitchen, bathroom (not shown on the plan), entrance hall, and a combined bedroom/living room. There's also an extra small toilet used as a storage space, two bunk beds, a wood-burning stove, and a sauna that can be installed.

The apartment is very sunny, especially in the mornings. Across the street is the courtyard of the barracks, so the morning sun shines into the apartment. However, there is no morning sun from mid-November to mid-January.

The apartment is heated with electricity and wood, which works well and has always been inexpensive.

It's located right near line 9. On the ground floor, there's a pizzeria that serves good pizza. Just behind the building is the Marif Institute, a prestigious private Turkish school. Across the street is the Schmelz.

Overall, it's well-located, although not in the heart of the cultural district.
