I'm a very open person and I get along well with almost everyone.
I enjoy going to the gym, and I'm always up for a beer.
Generally, I'm an active person, but I also appreciate quiet time.
I'm tidy and I often do some cleaning as I go, so a strict cleaning schedule wouldn't necessarily be required, as long as things aren't constantly getting messy.
I'd prefer someone who doesn't see the shared apartment just as a place to live, but values a good relationship with their roommates. It's important to me that we can cook together, watch football, have a beer, etc.
A certain level of order and respect is important, and the rest can be decided spontaneously.
