This charming wooden cabin, dating back to the 1980s, has approximately 40 square meters and is located in the municipality of Schruns, nestled in the heart of nature.

The cabin features a bedroom, a large living/dining area with a small kitchen, and a toilet. The functional kitchen includes a gas stove, running water, and ample storage space.
The wood-burning stove in the living area provides cozy warmth even on colder days.
Fresh mountain water is sourced from a private well.
Electricity is generated by solar panels on the roof and stored in solar batteries.
The large property includes meadows and woodland and features a two-story, older stable building with a well. It's perfect for keeping goats or sheep.

Nestled in the tranquil meadow landscape, it is nevertheless centrally located. The forest and meadow areas extend down to the Litz river. You can drive directly to the hut via the Silbertalerstraße; in winter, there is also the option of parking the car slightly above.

The location is perfect for hiking and long ski days, as the Kapellbahn (open in winter) which provides access to the Silvretta Montafon ski area (with 140 kilometers of slopes), is only a 3-minute drive away.

The Kristbergbahn is also located nearby and is open year-round. It's ideal for families, offering great hiking opportunities and, in winter, cross-country skiing or a few turns on the slopes.

You can reach Schruns via the picturesque hiking trail that runs approximately 25 meters above the hut, in about 1 hour.

By car, it's only a 5-minute drive to Schruns, where you'll find a pharmacy, great cafes, shops, a museum, and even an ice cream parlor.
