The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, 2 rooms, a toilet, a bathroom, and an entrance hall. There is a washing machine in the basement. A private storage space in the basement is included. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building. Shared use of the garden is possible by arrangement. This is a newly renovated apartment, available for the first time.

Shared living: The apartment is located on the first floor of a building. Several apartments are being offered to students. Shared use of the garden and a studio/workshop space is possible by arrangement. I live with my children on the ground floor. The 2-room apartment is on the first floor, and above it is a loft apartment, also available to students. So, you'll be living in smaller shared apartments, but you can use the entire house and garden. Each apartment has a storage space in the basement for skis, luggage, or bicycles.

€495 per room, including electricity, hot water, and heating.

Location: The house is situated on a quiet street in Floridsdorf, near Amtsgasse. It's close to the Marchfeldkanal canal. Public transportation: Tram lines 31 and 32 (5 stops to U6 subway line), as well as bus lines 31A, 32A, 36B, and the S-Bahn (suburban railway) to Jedlersdorf.
