We are offering for rent our fully furnished apartment located at Anzengrubergasse 10, on the first floor (apartment 6), within walking distance of Vienna Main Station, in the 5th district of Vienna.

You enter the apartment through a hallway with a coat rack, from which all the rooms are accessed:

- the main room, which includes a kitchen, living area, and workspace;
- a cozy bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed;
- the bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

All the windows are new and equipped with soundproofing/insulating glass.

The apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator access) at Anzengrugasse 10, in the 5th district of Vienna, bordering the 4th district, and close to the main train station.
Franz and I live in the neighboring building, at Anzengrubergasse 8.

I would describe the location as rather quiet or "cozy" for Vienna... however, you're only two minutes away on Wiedner Hauptstraße, where there's considerably more activity.
