This property features a core structure dating back approximately 250 years, with doors from Carinthia. Built as a tiny house on a meadow around 1994, the three-story house provides warmth and a comfortable living environment. An extension built in 2007 includes a kitchen, bathroom, carport, bedroom, and cellar. There's also a garden shed with plenty of space.

The property has a fully installed photovoltaic system, a new electrical panel, and new stoves (one pellet stove and one solid fuel stove per floor), including central heating. Each floor contributes to heating the entire house. Hot water can be provided either through the heating system or via electricity – with solar pre-heating.

The garden features permaculture elements, including currants, hazelnuts, apples, raspberries, wormwood, cherries, elderberries, rosemary, grapes, pomegranates, kiwis, and more.

Cats are allowed, but dogs are not.
