It has its own sewer which is emptied by the municipality on a scheduled basis. I have completely renovated this house. 4 windows were redone. Kitchen completely new. Floor renewed. Fittings and pipes new. New well. There is an extra greenhouse, only the corrugated sheets need to be renewed. Downstairs is the toilet and a tool and storage room including a large refrigerator. Behind the house there is an extra bicycle shed.
