The lease agreement is managed through the city of Tulln and runs for 99 years. There is a private drainage system that is emptied by the city municipality by appointment. I have completely renovated this house. 4 windows have been replaced. The kitchen is completely new. The flooring has been renewed. The fixtures and pipes are new. A new well has been drilled. There is a separate greenhouse; only the corrugated panels need to be replaced. On the ground floor, there is a toilet, a tool room, and a storage room, including a large refrigerator. Behind the house, there is a separate bicycle shed. The electricity is supplied by a photovoltaic system with battery storage (approximately 2 years old). Unfortunately, I have to part with it with a heavy heart, as my life circumstances have changed and I am temporarily unable to maintain and enjoy it.
