1x approx. 47sqm (minus sloping ceilings)

All rooms will be furnished as shown in the preview picture.

The highlight is certainly the underfloor heating, which provides an extremely pleasant warmth.
Electric external blinds also increase comfort.

An elevator is also available, providing barrier-free access.

Each floor (7 rooms) has two fully equipped bathrooms with WC, shower, washbasin and washing machine/dryer, plus a separate WC. The layout is therefore comparable to a 2- or 3-person shared flat.
There is also a common room with a fully equipped kitchen for shared use on each floor.

The communal areas are cleaned regularly and the price for this is included in the service charges. These amount to 100 euros per room, including for heating, electricity, internet and cleaning.
