Mühlengut zu Glas
The Mühlengut zu Glas is a historic building from the 14th century in the Flachgau municipality of Elsbethen, which is a listed building in the municipality.
The history
In 1898, the Ursulines acquired the Mühlengut, which became the St. Josefsheim. The Josefsheim used to be a convalescent home for the sisters, who were based in Gstättengasse in the city of Salzburg at the time. Until it was sold in 1972, the Josefsheim housed an agricultural school for girls.
There is a Marian grotto in the rock on the grounds.
