The apartment was completed in 2015 and was occupied by me and my family until 2023. The apartment has been rented to a family since 2023. The apartment is only rented including the kitchen and bathroom furniture, whereby the furnishings must be replaced. The amount of the transfer fee can be discussed during a viewing appointment. The existing lamps, the shelves in the storage room and the shading installed by the previous tenants on the loggia can also be taken over.
An appointment by telephone is necessary for a viewing.
Due to the location and layout of the apartment, the offer is primarily aimed at (young) families, but it would also be possible to set up a shared apartment with 3 rooms in the apartment.
The apartment is rented directly from us as the owner. There is therefore no estate agent's commission. Purchase offers or estate agent inquiries will be ignored without exception. Typing errors and mistakes excepted.
