The small apartment is located in a quiet street running parallel to the main street, in a basement with 2 windows (facing south), and is situated with its south-facing, glass-roofed private entrance bordering the garden.

In addition, a storage room with 2m² and a newly (2021) installed bathtub combination with shower function. This means that the complete costs / month electricity water garbage .... will amount to approx. € 695.- depending on electricity consumption, heating and in general! (Calculated for a single mother with a small child!)
Excluded from this: Telephone, internet or television!
The water and electricity is read by means of a sub-meter and an extra water meter, which must be agreed to in the rental contract (this saves you the meter rent etc. from the electricity provider or water cooperative (is shared).
Otherwise, the prices would have to be set at a flat rate and correspondingly higher, as the consumption of electricity and electricity heating is individual:
