The new construction project "Businesspark B311" with commercial, workshop, office and storage space as well as garages and open spaces directly on the B311 is currently being planned and construction work is scheduled to begin in spring 2026. Optimal traffic connections for commercial enterprises are provided by the nearby B311. There is currently still the opportunity to participate in the planning and to make special requests. Thanks to its proximity to the B311 and the Schwarzach-St. Veit train station, the village is easily accessible. The business park is located directly on the B311 at the bottom of the valley near the Salzach and has a direct connection to St. Johann or Schwarzach im Pongau. The connection to the A10 is approx. 15 km away and can be reached quickly via the B311.
