There are 3 narrow shop windows and direct access via a few steps or elevator from Sterngasse. There is an access road and unimpeded loading facilities in front of the building (no parking space).
The living areas are supplied by wall heating and underfloor heating via a buffer tank. Gas, solar thermal energy, a heat pump and an integrated kitchen stove for solid fuels are available as energy sources. There is also a tiled stove in the living room (artist Berger Wien). Like the rest of the roof, the attic is insulated with cellulose, connections for water. Drainage and heating are available. The wall paneling is present but not painted. Explanation of the time of construction: The building has been proven to date back 600 years and has been rebuilt many times. It was completely renovated by us in 1983 and afterwards, i.e. rotten beamed ceilings (240sqm), roof truss and roof replaced, heating and bathroom installed, etc.
In 2009, the heating was supplemented with a buffer storage tank, solar thermal and wall heating, the bathroom was renovated and a heat pump was installed in 2021. Optional PV (7.5kWp) system available.
