The furnishings are as good as new, the balcony has been fully glazed and can therefore be used as a small room. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen and the door frames have been clad and some of the doors have been removed and fitted with a sliding door. In the bathroom, the bathtub was removed and a shower cubicle installed. There is also a washing machine/dryer. Furthermore, parquet/laminate flooring has been laid in almost all rooms.
