The business premises are located on the first floor of a block of apartments with a total of 42 apartments and 3 further business premises.

The entire business space of approx. 76 m2 is divided into 3 rooms:

and
2. office space (approx. 21 m2), these two rooms are only separated by a temporary wall, which can be removed if necessary.

There are 2 entrance doors to the store: one from the street and the other (heavy security door) in the backyard of the apartment block or in the stairwell of the house.
