Cozy shared room in a central location in the heart of Vienna, 6th district

Hello lovelies :-)
the doors of our recently renovated apartment are now open and we have two stylish rooms available.

We are looking for a new roommate!
The entire apartment is tastefully furnished. All the floors have been newly laid and the walls freshly painted, so you will feel at home as soon as you move in.

The room has a size of approx. 16 square meters.
It impresses with a large patio door, which emphasizes the spacious impression of the room and also offers plenty of natural light. The terrace itself looks onto the inner courtyard, so you can spend cozy hours here in peace - either end the day or relax with a coffee/tea ;)
This room also offers you everything you need for living, such as a bed, a desk and a closet.

In the common area you will find a large table for a meal with your roommate or a cozy game night with your friends.
A fitted kitchen with dishwasher, waste separation system under the sink, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and extractor fan round off this apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the 6th district, just a stone's throw away from the famous Mariahilfer Straße, in one of the most sought-after areas of Vienna. You will find numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The area around Millergasse is characterized by a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. In the charming side streets and alleyways, you will find small boutiques, traditional Viennese eateries and modern cafés. The Haus des Meeres, one of Vienna's most popular excursion destinations, is also in the immediate vicinity.

Mariahilfer Straße, the longest shopping street in Austria, offers countless stores, cafés, restaurants and cultural highlights - ideal for shopping tours, culinary discoveries or leisurely strolls.

Thanks to its proximity to the Westbahnhof (U6 + U3) and Zieglergasse (U3) subway stations as well as several bus and streetcar lines, Millergasse has excellent public transport connections. You can be in the city center or in other parts of Vienna within a few minutes.
