The fully equipped kitchenette with toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cutlery, etc. is new and has a dishwasher. The living room leads to the very large balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air in chill-out loungers. Light enters the apartment through 3 floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a separate bathroom with WC, towels, shower and bathtub. In the separate bedroom there is a 1.40 m wide double bed (bed linen, pillows and blankets are provided) and a walk-in wardrobe with clothes rail and shelves. Shoes and jackets can be hung up in the anteroom.
You can access the apartment via the stairs or the elevator. High-speed Internet with 300 MBS is available throughout the apartment. All utilities are included except electricity. This can be easily re-registered online. We are happy to help.
There is a laundry room in the building with a washing machine on the top floor for a fee. Alternatively, there is a dry cleaner opposite the entrance to the house. There is also a bicycle storage room. There is a John Reed Fitness Studio in the same building.
Own name on the doorbell sign is possible. You receive a general key for the apartment door, bike cellar, laundry room and building entrance. And 2 keys for the apartment.
