New residents wanted!

Hello!
I am an abandoned detached house in the municipality of Putzleinsdorf. I will soon be 60 years old and have a lot behind me. I'm cold and that's why I'm looking for new residents. You won't get bored with me, there's plenty to do.
There are two ways to enter into a life partnership with me:
Either you move in with me and we live in a "wild marriage" until you have fixed me up so that I meet your requirements, or you subject me to a general renovation and we only move in together afterwards. Either way, I need a new heating system, otherwise we'll freeze.
In both cases, however, I will give you a nice little home for you and your family (did I mention that I love children and pets?) with a quaint garden, a small glass house, a tool shed and a solid garden shed that is also habitable in summer.
If we fall in love, I'll give you organic fruit and vegetables this year, and a splendor of flowers until late in the fall.

You'll find me on the road between Putzleinsdorf and Lembach. I love the sun, which shines on my head all day long, even in winter. There's a post bus and school bus stop right next to me, so I'm also easily accessible by public transport. I like it cozy and especially enjoy the back of my garden. I find relaxation and peace here.
