From the terrace you have a wonderful view of your own garden and the smaller of the two lakes. A brick barbecue is located directly on the terrace, which can be accessed via the conservatory. The pavilion invites you to linger and offers protection from direct sunlight. There are approx. 20m² of beds for planting vegetables. Cultivation and overwintering can take place in your own greenhouse and in the outside cellar room. The garden tools can be conveniently stored in the garden shed.
There are numerous fruit trees in the front garden (dwarf fruit: cherries, nectarines, apples, pears, plums, sour cherries, quinces). A small biotope offers birds the opportunity to bathe and quench their thirst.
There is a parking lot opposite the property and further parking is also available.

The neighboring village of Neudörfl has a train station, and the large Wiener Neustadt train station (Südbahn) is also within easy reach. There is also a train station in Eisenstadt.
The city limits and the south of Vienna can be reached in approx. 30 minutes via the A3/A2.
