My great-great-grandfather had this house built in 1909. It has been in the family ever since. Most recently, the apartment on the first floor was our "summer apartment", but we rarely used it. In 2017, the apartment on the mezzanine floor was renovated for my mother, which she also only used during the day in summer.
Everything is in good condition, not worn out and full of good vibes! Both apartments are empty and waiting for nice people.
