Apartment number 1 has: two rooms with double beds, a room with a bunk bed and a small workstation, a cozy living-dining area with tiled stove and a minibar, a bathroom with shower & WC, a guest WC in the anteroom and a boot dryer for 4 pairs of (ski) boots. Of course there is WiFi, an OLED TV and a Nespresso machine for a caffeine kick in the morning. The kitchen with stove, oven, water bubbler, tea maker and everything your culinary heart needs is in a separate room and fully equipped.
Branding (logo, website) and rental concept are already in place and can be taken over. Modernized at the end of 2022.
Apartment basement
Apartment number 2 has its own entrance and a connecting staircase to apartment 1 on the upper floor. In addition to two large rooms, a kitchen and a WC with washbasin, there is also a sauna with shower. And a large terrace with a view.
Possible adaptations: Combination with apartment 1, wellness extension or modernization as a separate apartment possible.
Further renovation measures in the last decade:

A mini market for groceries is 600 meters away and is open daily
The Nockberge in winter.
It is said that the Nockberge are the "most rounded temptation since there have been mountains." And they're not wrong about that: the numerous crest-like and flattened mountain peaks of up to 2,450 meters appear extremely gentle and harmonious in comparison to the main Alpine ridge to the north. The four ski areas of Turracher Höhe (19 km), Falkert (21 km), Bad Kleinkirchheim (20 km) and Hochrindl are relaxed without being boring. In addition to skiing in winter, the Nockberge mountains are also great for ski tours and snowshoe hikes. A lot of nature and a lot of idyll make the Nockberge mountains a little insider tip in Austria. Rating: well worth a visit!
