This apartment (built in 2000) near the train station is in a central yet relatively quiet location. The practical access to the train station makes it easy to commute or take a leisure trip to Graz, for example.
We are relocating due to the purchase of a house.
The district heating system should be emphasized - as many apartments in Deutschlandsberg are heated with electricity.
