Looking for tenant for a nice 3 room apartment in a quiet and central location in Neue Mitte Lehen near the Glan. The apartment is privately rented by me. Therefore please no estate agent inquiries.
All rooms are very bright and friendly. There are windows in every room, including the bathroom and WC. The large balcony, which faces the quiet and green inner courtyard, is particularly nice and invites you to relax with its sunny location. The apartment is ideally laid out and has a spacious entrance hall. The WC and bathroom are also separate. The apartment is partially furnished, but pieces of furniture can be sold or stored in the cellar compartment if desired (the only exception is the sliding-door wardrobe with mirror in the bedroom, which cannot be moved/removed). There is a washing machine (7 kg) in the bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
